Nina is a fine-art photographer and mixed-media artist living in Portland, Maine, with her husband Reid. She enjoys sharing her life, interests, and travels through her creative endeavors, including writing, photography, photo encaustic, and other art forms. Nina’s artistic pursuits began while growing up in Pittsburgh. Her commitment to storytelling and capturing the essence of places, cultures, and traditions is rooted there and still influences her art-making. Nina and Reid recently presented their dual photography exhibition, Homescapes | Travelscapes, at Cove Street Arts in Portland, Maine, and at Moss Architects’ Art Gallery in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 

Nina is a life-long learner who enjoys increasing her artistic skills through online and in-person workshops. Nina’s commitment to the creative process inspires her to explore everyday life and the world around her with passion and curiosity.

Nina is also a marketing communications and human relations professional in Portland and co-owner, with her husband, of Santa Fe Workshops.
